Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–12 business days
• Canada: 8–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
• Australia: 8–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on orders over $35.
• Orders under $35 are charged shipping at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take a few days to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PetPollo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
